I am extremely passionate about breathwork and how it can help us improve our health on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. We all breathe! So breathwork can be beneficial for you as an individual but can also benefit your family, group, work environment. 

I work on a one to one basis, couples, small and larger groups, schools and organisations. I love that everyday of my worklife is different and enjoy being flexible and adaptable to meet the clients needs. I am available online, my home workspace or can also attend your retreat space/organisation. Here are my current offerings to the world:

alchemy breathwork

I offer Alchemy(conscious connected) breathwork journeys online or in person as one to one session, couples or groups.

Alchemy Breathwork consists of a 90 minute session where the participant will breathe using the conscious connected breath technique for approximately 45-50 minutes to a carefully created playlist. There is always time before breathing to connect, set intentions, practice the technique, and after there is space for sharing and integration.

This beautiful modality has many benefits including releasing stress or past trauma stored in the body. It can helps you to enter into a meditative and altered state of consciousness. In this state you can access new insights, help get clarity about life, release held physical or emotional material, and help manage stress and anxiety.

It is an embodied practice that helps you access the wisdom of your body and gives you an experience that is beyond the thinking mind. This session is designed to help remind you of an important resource you already have; your breath. Sessions can be transformative and help with self development and growth.

In person sessions include bodywork/energy healing during the breathwork

buteyko sessions

I offer Buteyko sessions via online or in person. I have trained with Peter McKeown from the Buteyko Clinic International.

Buteyko Breathing Exercises are a compilation of exercises that have been designed in order to improve an individual’s health. It is especially helpful if you suffer from athsma, hayfever and other allergies, sleep apnea or snoring, anxiety, panic attacks.

By practicing breathing exercises from the Buteyko Method you can experience more open airways and improved blood circulation in a matter of minutes. This alone is enough to demonstrate the relationship between your everyday breathing and state of health.

I feel so passionate that children should be taught more about how we breathe. Not just that we breathe in oxygen and breathe out co2. Let's teach them optimal breathing skills that can support them throughout their lives.

I am offering 'Breathwork for Wellbeing' sessions to schools, nurseries, charities, any organisations that are interested. They are engaging and fun, learning simple breathwork practices that can be integrated easily into daily life. Workshops are tailored to organisation's needs and can also include sessions just for teachers and school staff.

Lets make sure all children have the opportunity to learn such a valuable skill which will benefit their overall health, improving their attendance and ability to concentrate and excel in their lives.
